From the moment I walked into their home, I could feel how excited this family was to welcome their newest baby boy. We spent most of our time in the master bedroom, where the light was soft and dreamy, but also moved through the nursery and living room to capture a fuller story of life at home during these sweet newborn days.

Recreating a Meaningful Family Tradition
One of the most touching moments from this session was recreating a photo the family has of dad, Casey, holding each of his sons as newborns — gently cradling their tiny head in his hands. Being able to recreate that same image with their newest baby was incredibly special. These are the kinds of photos that grow in value with time, and I know this one will be treasured forever.
Big Brothers Stealing the Show
The two older brothers were absolutely smitten with their new baby brother. They couldn’t wait to tell me all about him, point out his tiny features, and stay close by his side. Their excitement was contagious.
This was such a kid-led newborn session, and I loved every second of it. The boys were attentive, gentle, and clearly so proud of their role as big brothers. Their new baby is incredibly lucky to have two siblings who already love him so fiercely.
A Relaxed, Fun, and Emotional Newborn Experience
This session was relaxed and fun while still holding so much emotional depth. There were quiet snuggles, playful sibling moments, and those in-between interactions that truly tell a family’s story.
