The Wright family has five kids ranging in age from 2 to 10, and from the moment I walked in the door, their home felt alive. We photographed primarily in the family room, dining room, and kitchen, which are truly the heart of their home. The light was incredible, especially in the dining room, where soft natural light poured in and wrapped everyone in the warmest glow.
A Home Built With Heart
One of the most special parts of this session was knowing the story behind the space. Sam, dad, is incredibly talented and built their home himself. Every corner reflects intention, craftsmanship, and care. Photographing a family inside a home they poured so much heart and soul into added an extra layer of meaning to the images.
Kory mom, stays home with their kids and homeschools all five of them. Their home isn’t just where they live — it’s where they learn, grow, play, and do life together. Capturing this family in a space that holds so much of their everyday rhythm felt deeply personal and honest.
